PHY906 in Liver Cancer (Hepatocellular Carcinoma)
 
Title: A Phase I/II, Multicenter, Open-Label, Dose-Escalation,
Safety and Efficacy Study of PHY906 Plus Capecitabine
in Patients with Advanced, Unresectable Hepatocellular
Carcinoma
 
Objectives:

(a) Determining maximum tolerated dose of PHY906 +
capecitabine (phase I)
(b) Determining objective antitumor response rate,
including time to disease progression (TTP), overall
survival time (OS), quality of life (QOL) etc.

 
Enrollment: Closed; study dates Oct. 2003 to July 2007.
