Upcoming Clinical Trial
PhytoCeutica plans to initiate another U.S.
phase I/II trial, in the second half of 2005, to evaluate PHY906 as
an adjuvant to a CPT-11 (irinotecan)-based chemotherapy in patients
with advanced colorectal cancer.
Plans are also underway to initiate a phase
I trial for advanced colorectal cancer patients in Taiwan, Republic
of China. This trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of PHY906
+ chemotherapy. Enrollment will commence Q4 2005-Q1 2006.
