PHY626

PHY626 is a partially purified herbal extract that possesses high contents of essential amino acids and isoflavones. Due to the high anti-oxidative activity, claims have been made that PHY626 has benefits for combating age-related diseases as well as cardiovascular and nephropathy-related illnesses. PHY626 is reported to inhibit tumor cell proliferation in vitro.  It has been shown to have an effect in relieving myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy in mouse xenografts. PHY626 is currently under preclinical evaluation.

PHY808

PHY808 is under preclinical development for the treatment of various cancers. Consisting of one single herb, historical records show that PHY808 has been used to treat cancer, rheumatism and other inflammatory syndromes.

Our preliminary studies indicate that the water extract of PHY808 has potent activity against NF-kB.  This extract demonstrated that it can also inhibit tumor growth and decrease the inflammation of arthritis when used in combination with methotrexate in mice.  These mice, when administered oral dosages of the extract, showed no apparent toxicity. The therapeutic effects of PHY808 appear to be better than its isolated chemicals, which are toxic when given orally.

PHY777

PHY777, an ancient herb, has been used for hundreds of years in Asia to promote good health.  It serves as an immune modulator with high anti-oxidative activity.  PHY777 is also believed to provide relief from the side effects of chemotherapy.  PHY777 is currently under preclinical evaluation.
