Myelo-suppression is a common side effect among patients treated with CPT-11.  To evaluate whether PHY906 beneficially reverses myelo-toxicity induced by CPT-11, hematological activity was examined in BDF-1 mice bearing Colon 38 tumors.  As shown here, PHY906 was found to have no impact on red blood cell counts or platelet counts among all regimens and demonstrated no protection on myelo-suppression induced by CPT-11.
